HELP!! weaksauce upper body strenght

Hello,

My number for squat and deadlift are pretty good...

175lbs deadlift
175lbs squat

but.... my bench press, press are just... weak weak weak! lol

my max bench would probably be around 70lbs
press is even worse, probably around 55 lbs

Plus i couldn't do ANY, not even one rep of chin/pull ups..

my push up reps number are also pretty low,,, around 20 reps max....

basically I have a very weak upper body strength, any advice to improve it, is very appreciated, thanks!
 
whats your bodyweight, age, height etc? maybe its a joke post but im gonna respond anyway. those ARE NOT good numbers. if you are a total beginner this is fine but if you have been lifting any amount of time then this is poor. you may want to focus on bodyweight exercises for a while.
 
Ace8888 - One of the best ways to increase your bench press strength, along with your overall strength is push ups. Depending on how many you can do, start off doing 3 sets - try and do 25-50 per set. You can stop and rest as needed. This will work incredibly quickly, and you will see a change fast. Continue to do this for a week. Then, the following week, try your bench press again, and record the change. Keep doing this for a couple months.

For chins/pullups - there are machines that offer weighted assistance with pullups. Try it with 100 pounds of assistance. You should be able to do a few. Each day, do them with less assistance. You will see a difference, and eventually you will be able to do it with no assistance.
