Sport Fitness
I'm very desperate for answers right now since my family isn't very supportive.
Anyways, I'm trying to gain weight. I want gain about 20lbs by mid april. I turned into a very healthy eater and have lost a lot of weight, I work out a lot but it just burns off everything I eat so that's not good especially when your trying to gain weight. Mind you, I'm a 15 year old boy. I need some advice, I mean what is a healthy HIGH CALORIE food? I try not to eat processed foods, or too many fried foods. I don't eat any junk food at all. Minimal artificial foods. I pay for a lot of the things I eat and its very hard because I don't get a lot of money because I'm a teenager. This previous summer, the beginning I was eating whatever I wanted because I trying to gain weiight and muscle and I did. I looked great, but I realized what I was eating wasn't all that healthy. So basically I've turned into a health freak and I eat veryyyy healthy and my mom and dad have told me I'm anorexic or that I'm 'nicole richie'. I haven't lost that much weight to be called anorexic....it kinda hurts because I'm a boy, and when being called anorexic or nicole richie I feel stupid.
I lost about 10 pounds. I'm still considered at a healthy weight, but I'm at the minimum. So please, somebody help solve my weight problem. I need to gain 20lbs. So what are some healthy high calorie foods?
I want to try and get in between 3000 and 4000 calories a day.
Thanks everybody. Someone please answer quick. :)

 That's alot of food. I guess almonds, walnuts, peanuts, salmon, tuna, turkey and whole wheat breads are a few things to eat a lot of. I would stick with fruits and vegetables with ranch salad dressing (low in saturated fat) for the health thing. Also add spaghetti, brown rice, potatoes, and an occasional burger. Stay away from any foods high in saturated fat and high in sugar.

Have a look at LV's sticky "Grocery List" in this section, a lot of good foods there. Look to space them out over the course of the day though, 6-9 meals or so. Also, have a look into "Scrawny to Brawny", its an incredible book that will answer most, if not all of your questions.
