Help...Stretch Band Exercises?!?

HEY*
alrite, i've gotta quick question...
i'm in this health/fit for life class, and we are supposed to find an exericise for the class and teach it to them---my partner and i got stuck w/ stretch bands...i know theres a ton of different exericises you can do with them...i just dont exactly know what you can do...if anyone could help me with this..that'd be great!! thanks a bunch! ;) :D
 
Front Raise, Lateral Raise, Scapation, Standing/Lunge Row, Standing/Lunge Press, Lateral Tube Walks, Resistive Push-Ups, Monster Tube Walks, Shoulder Press, etc...

You mean Dyna Bands? I have a Kari Andersonworkout that i love, Tone It Up, that uses them...I use 6 or 10 lb weights, but it's designed for bands.
