HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! skinny need help fast

im 6 feet 140 lbs i have around 6 weeks till baseball season and need to gain some muscle in pretty much all my muscles preferbly my arms and shoulders. I have to work out in my basement i only have 25,20,10,7 dumbells and a 6 pound medicine ball and a treadmill and ive never really worked out before respond ASAP dont have much more time. I need a plan explaining the workouts because im not really fimiliar with exercising can only do the exercises with the equipment listed above please help.
 
Well, even though your not going to change overnight, it's better to start sooner than later.

Have a look around the internet and find some exercise's you can do with dumbbells for each body part. You might find it beneficial to join a gym though, or is that out of the question? Afew exercise's you might want to search for: Dumbbell deadlift, Dumbbell squat, Bicep curls and lateral raises. Remember to work on your entire body though, working on the biggest muscles in your body is vital to gain weight.

Best way to put some weight is to get a good diet sorted. 6 Meals a day high in protein and carbs will help you put on weight. There's plenty of information in the nutrition forum to get ideas of what food is ideal.

Have a look around, read the stickies, then ask questions on what you don't really understand.:)
 
Remember to work your core as well. In baseball there is a lot of twisting/torquing of the body whether you are throwing or batting. A strong core will improve both and also stave off some injuries.

Look into the cardio and resistance training guidelines, and try to work in some plyometrics as well.
