im 6 feet 140 lbs i have around 6 weeks till baseball season and need to gain some muscle in pretty much all my muscles preferbly my arms and shoulders. I have to work out in my basement i only have 25,20,10,7 dumbells and a 6 pound medicine ball and a treadmill and ive never really worked out before respond ASAP dont have much more time. I need a plan explaining the workouts because im not really fimiliar with exercising can only do the exercises with the equipment listed above please help.
