Hi guys. I'm in a training pool right now for the Newfoundland Canada Games Women's soccer team. There are 3 goaltenders in the pool (including me) and they are taking 2. I REALLY want to be picked to go to the Games and I was looking for someone who can help me set up a workout routine for during this off-season as well as what I should be eating. The team is being finalized in May. I have access to a workout room and an agility ladder. I play hockey at least 3 times a week as well. Any help is much appreciated.
