Help putting a program together for a 15yr old

Hello,
This is my very first post to this forum, very happy to do so. The reason why I am posting is to get myself fitter and stronger, giving myself self-satisfaction. In my life I have played many sports Aussie Rules Football, Cricket, Cycling and Basketball. My main sports (the ones I do now) are Aussie Rules Football and Cricket. So I do consider myself as a sporty person. I am 15yr old, 5.8 feet and 138lbs. I have no weights at my house, so limited equipment. I am fit, but I want to be really fit.

I need help to create a fitness program to get fit and build my mucsles up (good shape, a 6-pack a goal of mine would be awesome :)). I do have commitments during the week, like football training x 2, football match (play) and homework. With that in mind I have, say 3-4 nights a week to play with. Can I build my muscles up without weights, or will I have to invest in some(would prefer not to)?Normally I go for a run by myself twice a week, about 2miles long. I have a heart rate monitor (polar m22). So Il'l admit I am a bit of a dummy when it comes to fitness terms eg sets etc. I need your help. So I'm guessing it will take a few posts of questions for me from you the members, before we can put together a program. As well as other things including diet, and just any other things I have to do. So your help, if you can assist would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reading.

Welcome coolman! Full Body Workouts (use the search function near the top of the page) (or you can use google for some examples) would be your best way to get started. Ditch sodas and junk food and fast food, it's just lousy stuff. Wander over to the nutrition part of the forums and see what you find. Good luck, you can do this!!

ok you will need weights to build real muscle, eg my dad has been doing pushups every night for night for atleast 15 years and he's got nothing lol. i suggest you buy a set of dumbells that have detatchable weights so you can add more when you get stronger. They should set you back around $50-$60AUD. with the dumbells you can do curls, press, squats etc so they are pretty good value for money. good luck
