I'm a girl, 15, 5'0, 120 lbs but my stomach is a little big and flabby. I want to get a flatter stomach and abs.. I don't know where to start

Have you ever tried any kind of beachbody programs?
 
Try some HIIT workouts. There are some good ones on befit channel on YouTube. Just start with 30 minutes and you'll find a huge difference in just 2 weeks
