help please

Im 16 years old. Im 5”11 and weight 207 pounds. Since, I decided to quite football. I stopped working out for a year and im hoping to get back into shape, but I don’'t know were to start? All I really want to lose is fat and turn it into muscle. The most thing im concerned about is my upper body. Mustly around the chest area. I want to lose a little fat in my chest (as in tit’s) and my stomach. Dose anyone know a good workout for this. Also, what should my diet be?
 
Let's start with diet. Try something along a 50/30/20 split (50% carbs, 30% protein, and less than 20% fat). Adjust the calories so that you gain or lose weight as desired.

For working out - well, probably go to a weight routine somewhat like what you used in football and make sure to do some cardio as well. 3x a week or more. Just make sure you start slowly and work back into it. Going too fast and injuring yourself is the surest way to stop working out. Good Luck!
