Help Please!

Hi everyone! I'm starting a website on helping people to lose weight. One of the pages on the site will be a recommendation page where I rate the best weight loss programs available. I've done some research on many of the programs available and I think i have found some good ones. The only problem is that I don't have enough feedback from people who have actually used them.

So this is what I'm asking...If any of you have used a program and got good results from it, can you post what program it was and the results you got from it? ex. how much weight lost, how long it took to lose the weight, how the program made you feel (tired, energized, hungry etc.) and anything else you want to say.

This would be really helpful, not only to me, but to the visitors to my website as well.

I have done HERBALIFE in the PAST: I followed the program with exercise of about 1-1/2 hours for 10 months...and a slow 5lbs a month....total loss 50lbs....maintained them off for 2 years.....NO EXERCISE an BAD EATING/ LATE EATING.....Gained 35lbs back......

I felt Energized....Shake for Breakfast, NO CARBS, salad and MEAT for Lunch, Shake for Dinner....PILLS three times a DAY!.....I would still recommend the PROGRAM! :)
 
so you want to not join this community -to poll it's members for information to put money in your own pocket?

If you bothered to join this community, you'd quickly learn that the members here, very few are on a specific program and instead have taken the time to educate themselves on nutrition and exercise and are doing lifestyle changes not diets...
 
no...not at all...and i apologize if it may seem that way. If anyone would like to share their own weight loss success plan that would be more than welcome. I just thought since this is the weight loss programs section, I would ask for the programs they used...
