Help please! I'm completely new..

Ok well, i'm not completely new. hehe i lied. But i'm fairly new. I went on a cutting thing for about 2 weeks. I managed to loose some weight.

Old weight:

But I'm still not satisfied.. This is what i currently look like:

What should i do to look like that. I mean, should i keep jogging/sit ups to loose more weight and get a sixpack? Should i go start lifting weights all day?

I don't know what to do...
