Here are some helpful web sites. Look at all of these. Also when looking for a treadmill and asking for help to chose one, here are some things we will need to know to help.

How heavy the user/users are
how many users
how many miles per week
how much running/ walking/ jogging

How heavy the user/users are : 212lbs, 194 lbs, and 130 lbs
how many users: 3
how many miles per week: this one i dont know for should but i will guess 50 miles.
how much running/ walking/ jogging: the 212 guy will walk only, the others will run/jog

thanks for the sites

I dont know anything about the treadmill you posted about but if you read the treadmill doctors reveiws it lets you know some really good ones. I just bought a Sole F80. But for 3 users, that many miles I would probly go with the Sole F85 (if you get Sole tread mill). Also there is a Smooth treadmills that are supose to be really good but you cant try one out before you buy it.

Good Treadmill

I don't know about the treadmill you mentioned, but I own a PaceMaster which I love. Due to joint problems I had to have one with a 'floating' deck. Due to balance problems I had to have hand rails that could be gripped for balancing if needed. Mine has the emergency OFF clip in case I'd faint or fall, and also has the heart monitor. I've had it for several years and have never had problems.
