At first glance it seems like you're not eating enough. Are you hungry a lot? If you are there is a good chance your body has gone into a little bit of a starvation mode where it is attempting to conserve as many calories as it can in order to save you from starving to death. If experienced a lot of fatigue, that could be the reason.

Anyways I'm not experienced with calorie counting so I could tell you if that's actually is or is not the correct number of calories you should be consuming. I'm more of an advocate of listening to your body. If your hungry then eat, only until you are no longer hungry (not to the point where you feel full), as well as choosing healthier foods that will fuel your body properly. For example, although special K is low in calories and can be a good meal, mixed with fruits. Alone it is note greatly nutritious and eating it everyday is probably not a great idea.

Maybe you should incorporate big salads into your meals. And have salmon on the side. It's all very healthy. and instead of dressing, I usually put lots of lemon and pepper. It seems to me you are working out pretty well, but you should incorporate more healthy low-cal MEALS to your plan.

when you keep on dieting to your self, need to take nutritious food but don't keep empty stomach. eat how much you need. because when ever you start eating your normal diet, body absorb all. It can be cause of gaining weight.
