Sport help on my diet

Hello friends,
I'm 20, I measure 1.89 and 115 kg weight, i have large back which may help explain this weight I do not have a big belly I have some true and I have large legs but the truth is I want to lose weight because it does not feel too good as I am, so I wanted to ask for help for you guys to analyze the diet plan that I made, after some research here in the forum, my goal is to lose weight as is clear in this first part, I must say that along with the diet plan will make gym. I leave here my diet for you to help me:


Breakfast: whey + Soja milk + oats + multivitamin

Mid-morning: brown bread with turkey ham

Lunch: Fish or Turkey with rice

Pre-Training: oats + whey + water

Post-Training: Whey + water

Dining: Green Salad or Fish with rice

At night: Cheese

Its this guys hope you can help me, i accept all critics and if you could help me correct some thing even better, sorry for my english
