Sport Help On Diet Please

I'm looking to get into better shape and bulk on muscle. Will someone tell me if this is a good diet and if it isn't could they tell me what i'm missing.

Breakfast-
Roman Chicken Soup
Peaces
Soymilk
2 eggs (only whites)
2 pieces of wheat bread (w/welches jelly)
multi-vitamin
(Maybe mono creatine)

Snack-
protein bar/energy bar

Lunch-
Protein bars

Snack-
protein bar/energy bar

Work (9am-3am)

Workout-
Creatine before workout
(body section) Routine
Creatine after workout

*Then cardio after workout*

Dinner-
Chicken/other protein food
fruit/veggies
wheat bread
Whey protein

Snack-
protein bar/energy bar

Since I want to gain muscle I know i'm going to have to eat alot of protein, with that being said is this a good diet though. I already know how I'm going to workout I just need a good diet program
 
i think you are going a little heavy on those protein bars. Try to eat some real food in place of those, especially for lunch. Pack a couple of PB sandwiches on whole wheat bread in place of those.

Have you calculated the total calories of this diet? Just make sure it puts in about 500 or so calories above your maintenance level for bulking.
 
Yeah, what they said so far, try to get your requirements from regular food.

You do not need creatine 3 times a day, or even 2 times a day. Take it postworkout and that's it. 5 grams and youre set.

Figure out what your goals are exactly, are trying to lose weight? Or trying to bulk?

It would be good to write down what you eat, and all of the numbers and plug it in online, is decent.
