I am going to start doing an 8 small meal plan a day to help with my metabolism and loose fat. I am using amp refine and wheyobolic extreme 60 protein. I am current at 186 pounds and 21.5 percent bodyfat. In the first week of hard cardio I have lost 4 pounds and went down 1.5 percent bf. Please let me know suggest as to the times of the meals and help plan one out. I want to be at around 16 percent bodyfat in 6 weeks. Thanks!
