Sport Help! New...How Many Cals???

Sport Fitness
How many cals should I be eating daily if I am 5' 0" "tall" (...lol) and currently weigh about 124.5 to 125 and want to lose to get to about 115??? Please keep in mind that I am not very active at the moment (that will be changing in the next few months) and I want a plan that is not going to lower my metabolism too drastically. I want to lose weight as quick as possible but not KILL my metabolism. (It already sucks because I struggled with Bulimia for 7 and 1/2 years.) SO, can anyone recommend a good calorie intake for me? Or possibly refer me to a good calclulator online? I've looked on these boards but can't seem to find any :-(

Thanks so much!! I look forward to meeting new peeps on this board!

very generic calorie calculator:

get active now, even if it won't be 100% consistent for a few months...start today.

and remember, the more you starve yourself, the slower your metabolism gets, the less weight you lose. You don't have that much fat weight to lose, so rather than focus on dieting to the extreme, eat a balanced diet, train with weights, and train with cardio.

browse this whole forum, especially the men's section. There is no valid reason that men and women should train or eat differently...only calorie intake varies due to women naturally being the 'smaller' sex. Otherwise, lift heavy weights, 6-8 reps, 3x a week, and 30-45 mins of cardio 3x a week.
