Help Needed

Alright guys?
A bit about myself:
* I'm 16
* Roughly 5ft 7
* 8 Stone

I used to do a few odd weights but now I'd like to build myself up a bit more.
The only piece of equipment I have Is 2 Dumbells...Heaviest you can have Is one of them at 20lb

I'd prefer not to buy equipment to be honest and there's plenty of things to do without it all.

What I really need Is a workout plan....
That's hopefully what you guys will help me with.

I am newbyon this forum but I have been doing resistance training on and off for many years.

Do you have access to a pull up bar?

Do forward lunges (Google it) with no weights two sets of 12 should be fine

Then:

Every morning doing 20 push-ups. Build up until you can do you 30.

Then try and do one set of 30, then one set of 10. And build up until you can get 2 sets of 30 push-ups.

Once you get to this point, change it up. Try, do 17 push-ups at a wide stance. Then 16 push-ups at a slightly less wide stance until you are making a triangle with you hands.

Also do some running. Just run man, 30 mins, three times a week, sprint sometimes, change it up a bit. Don't push to hard, get a HR monitor and only train to 80%.


The important thing when starting out IMO is to build up a routine, and make exercise part of your life. I started out a way less push-up routine 9 months ago, and now I am lifting and running, it is great.
