HI. I NEED HELP IN SUGGESTIONS IN LOOSING WIEGHT
. I AM NOT OVERWEIGHT, JUST HAVE ABOUT A STONE AND A HALF TO LOOSE. I'VE TOTALLY CHANGED MY DIET, WHICH NOW CONSISTS OF:
BREAKFAST – WEETABIX / SULTANA BRAN WITH SKIMMED MILK
LUNCH - WEIGHT WATCHERS SOUP / WHOLEMEAL PITA WITH TUNA AND SALAD
DINNER - SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE (WHOLEMEAL PASTA) / SALMON AND BROWN RICE / CHICKEN AND VEG/ (SIMILAR)
SNACKS - SPECIAL K CEREAL BAR, APPLE, BABANA, OPTIONS HOT CHOC.
I DON'T REALLY DRINK MUCH ALCOHOL ANYMORE; I HAVE ONE CUP OF COFFEE A DAY AND IM TRYING TO INCREASE MY INTAKE OF WATER. I AM ALSO DRINKING GREAN TEA.
I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS DIET FOR 5 WEEKS NOW WITHOUT ANY RESULTS
. I HAVE STARTED RUNING IN THE LAST WEEK SO NOT GETTING VERY FAR BUT I’M TRYING. I HAVE JUST STARTED A NEW JOB WHICH MEANS I SIT ON MY ASS MOST OF THE DAY.
I KNOW THIS WON'T BE AN OVER NIGHT THING AND THE HARDEST WEIGHT TO LOOSE IS WHEN ITS A SMALL AMOUNT BUT I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT I’M DOING WRONG OR HOW I CAN MAKE THIS MORE AFFECTIVE.
