Help , Motivation , required

Hey All
I am new to this group. Just joined today. Will be a very active memebr her. I am seriuosly considering few extra pounds on my Body. I am 27 years old, 5ft 5in and weigh about 147 lb, I would like to loose about 20-25lb in about 2-3 months.
I am a firm believer that excercise helps me loose weight and I have lost weight through that only though never been able to keep the weight off because of my eating habits :confused:
I have a water retention problem too.
Need help on how should i go about loosing this weight and keeping it off

Looking forward to inputs from all u motivted people out there. I have excess weight on my thighs.

 
if you want to loose weight the healthy way and keep it off then I wouldnt' time-limit yourself~

But loosing weight means~ loosing the eating habits and becomming serious a/b it~ you have to want it enough to change the things that are keeping you back~

I have never been one of those people to use a scale to monitor diet and exercize...I recently started and noticing the change in my weight has helped me be motivated to change my diet as well.
