Help me work on my lifting schedule please.

Hey everyone this is my first post. I am fourteen and have been working out for about a year. I was curious that if i did..

Monday - Arms & Abs
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back & Abs
Thursday - Chest

How big would a be in a month. I was thinking of doing Monday Arms, legs, and abs and Tuesday chest, and back but i think thats to high end and overtraining. tell me what you think, Is it good? Change it? Suggestions?

Well, it depends what you have in your workout.

Like I could say I am going to work arms on monday, and just lift the remote a lot to watch tv...that's not going to get me that buff.
 
haha .. yeah really depends on what you do and how long for ect. but doesnt seem you will be overdoing it.. just dont listen to people sayin your too young because im sur you wil get that :)
