Sport Help me with losing some weight and boosting metabolism!

Now, what ive heard is the best way to lost weight is to workout and boost your metabolism.
Now, im currently working out, but i am not sure about my metabolism and if its fast enough.

To get it to its full burning potential, should i eat 5 -6 meals a day?

Wake up, bowl of cereal
drink water through this time
2-3 hours later another bowl
water
lunch
water
small nutritous snack (fruits, veggies etc..)
water
dinner
water
small snack before 6-7 pm.

Does this sound like the right thing?

also, is there anyway to lose weight in your face? i have slightly chubby cheeks and id like to have a more "firm" look.
 
Try 3 days of Cardio and 2 days full body work out, 2 days of rest. You got the meal thing down just make sure they're all healthy foods, make sure it's not a sugary cereal you're eating, and if I was you i'd just switch the cereal for oatmeal. Have a carb/protein in every meal, eat every 2-3 hours. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.


To make your face thin, you're going to have to lower your body fat %.
 
eat some damn protein. you're carbing out all day long, so you'll never need to tap into fat for energy, and you'll never have the protein intake to build up muscles to look better and burn even more fat.
