Help me understand you a little bit better

I don't know particularly about what you are asking.I am not working everyday hours together on exercises.I will do a little exercises daily.But I am frustrated how can I reduce my belly ?
 
I think my biggest frustration is having weak knees, I've had several surgeries on them, but I know the more I work out the stronger my muscles become, the less strain placed on my knees, the more I can work out.
 
Hey averagejoe ~ My biggest resentment/frustration with working out is getting out of bed at 5:45 (an hour earlier than usual) to work out. Then starting the workout and feeling like I'm failing at it. :svengo:
