I am a 18 yearold from greece that has been on a 500 or 1 toast and 100ml milk per day, please help me, i did my worst mistake, i was mainly thin, the type of guy who when whore clothes look much normal even unotticed that had belly fat . But when i took my shirt off all the belly fat appeared and fat beetween my hips, i was skinny fat, i would probbably eat around 2.500-2.900 calories per day , i maintained, now after all those 4 months i lost 22 kg now i am all bones. i am afraid to start eating normal calories per day '1500-2000' because i think after the killer diet i 'lost' the gift i had in my opinion to be so thin with just medium belly fat, and if i start eating again il only get fat stored and i will even be worse than before, what should i do? Please help. i just hope i didnt lost my 'gift' of eating alot calories and just being skinny-medium with little extra fat, so this time i get my calories from healthy food. help.

Is it possible for you to see a nutritionist? 1800 calories a day, combined with an active lifestyle should be fine for you. I hope you never do that again. 500 cals a day is not healthy at all. Hopefully, you have not done too much damage to your body. I'm no expert on nutrition & won't pretend to be. There are others here who can give you sound advice. Here is a link to Australian dietary guidelines-

Your body is still growing at 18 & you need sound nutrition, making sure you include all of the food groups.

Cate right 500 a day is not healthy, but the body is more resilient than most think, your metabolism will be fine but you will need to be doing some form of both cardio and more specifically strength training so as you bring your calories back up you will be able to use those extra calories to put on lean muscle which will further boost your metabolism in the long run.
