I need help developing a weight training routine that targets the whole back (lats, traps and lower back), i only have dumbbells.
I have this so far....Lateral Dumbbell Raise, Single Arm Row, Shrugs, Dumbbell Deadlift.
Can someone suggest a few more excersises or create a totally new one consisting of around 6 different excersises.
AND im splitting up my weight training into different routines...targeting arms, then back then shoulders.....is this any good?
im not bothering with legs or abs now.
Really any help on weight training is helpfull!!
