Help Me Please

I've lost 2 and a half stone in 4-5 months.
I do way too much walking and cycling and I suppose for the amount I do, I don't eat enough food.

Most food i do it is healthy so not many sweets or crisps and I usually drink filtered water. I'm 6 ft 1 and I weight 126 pounds!!

What can I do to rapidly go back to 12 stone? I have a fast metabolism so that really dosen't help.
 
you have to take in more calories than you burn to gain weight. take in 5-6 small meals a day, about 3 hours apart.

doesnt have to be full blown meals. a can of tuna and a banana could be one meal for example.

items like nuts, peanut butter, milk, etc can help to add more calories.
