Atkins is just for dropping extreme weights for desperate people, so congrats on useing it properly. Now, keep the protein high and limit your carbs to quality carbs like in oatmeal and red protatoes keeping fat and sugar to a minimum. As you get your energy back you will be more and more able to work out. This way you will not only drop fat but build muscle. Be aware though that virtually any workout program on the low carb diet will only leave you weaker. For all the bad things that are said about the atkins diet it is mostly based on how the diet is used in far too many situations. So again way to go using it to drop 80 lbs.
