or
Fast Food :(

all i drink is water no soda or juice

Can any of you come up with a new diet for me that would be sweet

Wow...lots of room for improvement. Since you're only 14 I would just clean up the foods that you're eating right now and not get too crazy about it.

1) Eat breakfast...eggs and toast
2) Eat lunch...a bag of chips is NOT a real lunch. What do they serve for school lunch? Pick the healthiest option.
3) When you get home if you need a snack, make it healthy like cottage cheese and fruit...real foods, not fast food
4) If your mom brings home fast food at least ask her to make a healthy choice at the drive-thru like a grilled chicken sandwich (no mayo) from McDonalds.

Are you getting any exercise?

yea, but for brekfast i think im going to get some of them bars because i have no time to eat in the morning and lunch i use toeat salad when i was wrestling but the seasions over and for dinner yea ill look for stuff that is healthy any other sugestions?

all i can say is stay away from macdonalds..........they are evil and their food is crap!!! their 'new' healthy range is just a crock!! the salads have the same amount of salt as a big mac! their food is full of sugar fat and salt!!
good luck!!!:)

Salt is bad for you? Damn it! What about my salted sunflower seeds?

Salted sunflower seeds!!

What are they like??? love sunflower seed but with salt on......i think you'd have to really sell that one to me  :)
i read an article that said that people in the west have become so addicted to salt in their food that they cant remember what food cooked without salt would taste like.
i never add salt to my cooking but i have ISSUES with salt............if your ever in need of a good nights sleep let me know and i'll bore you with my salt tale of woe!!!!
:)

Well they taste pretty good I'd say.. but if I shouldn't eat too much salt I could easily do without them.
What's your problem with salt? :D It's an inevitable ingredient for everything!
Also I don't think that I live further west than you do, I'm not from the states. ;)

you are 14 years old, you clearly are interested in being healthy and i really wouldnt start being strict about what you eat just yet.

get plenty of fruit and veg and make sure you do eat meals and you'll be fine.

Have a bloody McDonalds everynow and again if you want one it'll do you no harm. Far more dangerous is the ready made food that people now accept as home cooking. Eating them day in, day out will make you far unhealthier than the odd Big Mac.

Dont worry about it too much, eat well and you'll feel well, once that kicks in you're set for life.

You say you dont have time in the morning. Why dont you get up 30mins earlier and eat the most important meal of the day.
