help me lose 8 lbs.

sounds pretty simple right? well here is the deal... Im taking a physical friday (its about 11:40 tuesday night) and I need to be 201 lbs. or less. I just weighed in at 207. so basically.. I need to cut ~8 lbs in 2 days.

I started out a month ago at 230 lbs. but have fallen short of my goal of 200. ( i have been dieting and working out the right way)

I see wrestlers, and MMA fighters cut that kind of weight all the time. I understand its not healthy, but i dont plan on keeping the weight off. its just temorary.

ouch, sorry man, your not gonna get that kind of help from this forum. Cutting 8 pds in 2 dys is SERIOUSLY unhealthy and theres no way any of us are going to be responsible for damaging your health.
 
Honestly if you're already dieting, then I'm not sure it's physically possible for you to lose 8lbs in 2 days.

Even if you didn't eat anything for 2 days, I don't think you can drop pounds that fast.
