So as I said in the title, I am very underweight. I am around 5 foot 10 inches, and weight about 105 pounds (yes I am a man incase any of you were unsure by the body stats). I wouldn't consider myself terribly out of shape as my weight might suggest. I can still handle a fair amount of physical activity. And of course if my size isn't bad enough, I have a "lanky" body type which only further personifies my shape.
I want to know what would be a good diet and work out routine for me to start with. I stumbled upon this site which seems to be a good starting point but I would love your opinions since you are far more knowledged then me in this area. Thanks
