Hey. I'm 20 years old and battling with my weight. I know i'm at a healthy weight, but would generally like to get healthy, loose a few extra pounds and tone up.

I'm currently at 151lbs, and am striving for 132lbs.
Idealls i'd like to drop 14lbs over 3 months... if I can shed the whole lot and get to 132 that would be amazing. I'm female and 5'7.

The only problem is I have no idea what I should be eating, how often to exercise etc. I am a student so the gym is unaccessible so any exercise needs to be done at home.

Any suggestions? Have I set a realistic target?

Also like to add my general eating habbits...
Breakfast: 2 slices multigrain toast & butter & banana
Lunch: Homemade veg soup (carrot, onion, potato, soup mix, stock, sweetcorn, soya milk)
Dinner: Frozen salmon, new potatoes with butter & herbs, mixed veg OR Chickenbreast, some form of potato, mixed veg
Snack: Fruit

I have other foods - alot of brown rice and pasta but am afraid to go near them as I don't know how to make them healthy...

In need of serious help!!

My suggestion is to look at your diet for sugary/salty foods and eliminate them. Simple as that.

1) Cokes etc can be replaced by water.
2) Crisps can be replaced with Apples.
3) Fast food can be replaced with a sandwich/bottle of water.
4) Don't add too much cheese. As a tip, go for blue cheese - a little adds a lot of flavour.
5) Try to cook yourself - it's actually just about impossible to cook a meal from scratch with as much calories as a processed meal. You can't go wrong with chicken or fish so long as it's not deep-fried.

I never was much of a dessert eater so don't have a problem going without but try to buy fresh fruit and munch on a banana now and again. Or a peeled carrot.
