Help!? Male, 17, 159LBS

Hi,

So I used to keep 24 hour intermittent fasts and went from 153 LBS to 125 but I personally think it was too extreme. Like I was always training every day and not eating for around 23 hours which had an affect on me because of college as I couldn't study properly.

I want to start again however I want a different way of loosing fat. What other diet plans can I do to lose fat? I have access to the gym. A good diet plan and workout routine is all I want. I will appreciate it. Also, My main goal is to loss fat and gain muscle.. So it would be great if there is a workout plan/diet plan that will help me to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I want to be able to eat at least 3 times a day. With my previous dieting I only ate ones a day.

Please help!! Need to loose fat!! and I have no idea what to do!! :(

I weight 159 LBS now at around 20% body fat. Height 5,3.

What I can eat is

Chappati's
Eggs
Bread
Sandwich (Tuna)
Little snacks like crisp packets
Tea
Chicken
Those are the foods I can eat when doing a diet. So something based around them would help.

Any help would be great!
