I'm currently 183 lbs. I need to get down to 150 lbs. what kind of work out routine sshould I do? I'm 17, female. I normally have a piece of toast with peanut butter and a banana for breakfast. Lunch is a sandwich, granola bar, and trail mix. Dinners been fast food lately, but maybe a salad instead?were going grocery shopping today so help! Thank you. Oh, and I'd like to lose 30 lbs in just under 2months. Thanks!
