Weight-Loss Help. I've completely lost all concept of proper nutrition.

For the past several months, I've fallen out of habit with proper eating. What's more, I don't know what constitutes a healthy meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My snack options are mostly crap as well, so if you all have suggestions for healthy snacks to have, that would be much appreciated.

Also, I'm a jobless teenager who is typically at the mercy of what my parents' are eating, so keep that in mind. I guess...what I'm looking for is how to get a lot of calories in to my diet in as healthy of a manner as possible and get back in to exercise, which I've been hesitant on doing like I used to because, again, I've lost all concept of nutrition. I realize now that I've set myself up for destruction, and I want to reverse this immediately. Any and all advice is appreciated.
 
Don't eat fried foods, eat lean meats (grilled chicken, fish, lean sandwich meats, canned chicked, tuna), fresh fruits and vegetables. Grains (oatmeal, whole wheat toast, special K cereal, etc.), beans, cottage cheese, yogurt, . Just a few ideas anyway.
