Sport help is needed!

Hey everyone

Okay im having alot of trouble coming up with how many calories i eat!!

I can give a list of what i had to drink and eat today but i have no clue how much carbs,fat vitimins it has in the food.

This is what i had today

In the moring i had

A omlete - 3 egg whites and 1 yolk with a pint of water

then i waited 1 hour i think then i had one orange with a pint of water

then after that i had a ceral with all oats in there with red cap milk(uk skimmed milk)

then two medium sized sweet poatoes with butter and a pint of water

and for dinner im having a indian casserole with SO MUCH diffrent veg and spices in there i have no clue where to start, it also has chicken in there.

So my problem is where do i start?:confused: :confused:

Check out to get some info. It is a great resource for tracking calories, and it's completely free to use. It will have macronutrient breakdowns for a lot of foods, but for some things, like the cereal you mentioned, you can just put in custom numbers. For the casserole, I realize it might be hard, but you have to add up all the nutritional facts of everything put in, divide it into servings, and then you can know for sure what macros you are getting and how many calories...just takes some time.
 
How many calroes do you think i had for that day, the one i had said above? and how many calories a day should i be aiming for?

Can anyone help me make a meal plan im finding it really diffcult to do ive tried many times but its just really hard!

So please if theres anyone willing to help me make a meal plan i'll be soo greatful! Im finding it diffcult to do anythink with out a meal plan and ive tried making some up but it just never works out!! and that programe i tryed using it its kinda hard seen has im in the uk and that programe is mostly adding stuff up in usa weight, also only one reply :eek: wow, i throught i would get loads of help:(
