Help in counting calories I eat per day

I want to make sure I'm counting my calories correctly. This is a list of what I eat everyday.

How many calories do you think I'm eating. I already counted but I want to make sure I'm counting correctly so that I can add more calories to my diet or take some away. I plan on gaining muscle so I don't know if this is enough??

please correct anything that needs correcting

Before work

Lettuce --------------------------------- 20 (2 per leaf)
Tomato (4 slices) ------------------------------------- ????
Smoked turkey ----------------- 200 (50 per slice)I think I eat about 4 slices. This smoked turkey is all mashed together. You can't really get the slices out correctly

Bread (white, 2 slices)---------------------- 140
Hard boiled egg ----------------------------- 70

At work

Lettuce---------------------------------------- 20
Tomato (slices) ------------------------------------ ????
Smoked turkey ----------------------------- 200(about this much)
Bread (white, 2 slices) --------------------- 140

Gatorade(1 bottle) -------------------------------- ?????

you asked "how many calories do you think i'm eating? i already counted but i want to make sure i'm counting correctly."

you search on those sites to find out how many calories you're eating and if you're counting correctly. you have to apply some effort.
