Help improving my time in track.

Okay track has just ended, So I have 1 year until track starts again. My main event I did was the 400 yard dash my best time was 1:07. Does anyone think I can improve that time to 57-58 seconds within a year? If so what kind of running routine would you recomend? I can run pretty fast but the problem I had was I lost my breath. And if this matters I got 16 seconds on my 120 yard dash so I need help maintaining that speed all the way to 400 yards.
Also im turning 15 this summer if age matters in running.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone? 20 views and no one knows any good running routine that could help me? A link to a website would greatly be appreciated because I cannot find No and I mean no websites on running except information on what olympic runners got on events. And does anyone think I can improve and get 57-58 seconds within one year?

They have personalized free training programs and a forum only for runners. I spend more time here because I like the way the forum is set up better and the people are friendly and helpful. Most of the runners on the other board are way out of my league, but they might be exactly what you need. The magazine and website is great. Very inspiring.
Hope that helps!
