Help, I'm new

I'm new to the whole fitness thing. I don't want to get ripped and HUGE like body builders, but in shape and ripped. That might have confused you all, but hopefully you'll understand what I mean. Anyway, what are some good vitamins and suppliments I should take, and how should I take them?

daily multivitamin
protein powder (most find it hard to take in enough protein from whole foods)
EFA's (fish oil, flaxseed oil, natty PB, salmon)
and creatine monohydrate (optional but it fits into the goals you describe)

that's it. 5g (heaping teaspoon) of creatine a day.
 
I agree with that list, but for beginners...for your fitness goals forget about supplements until you've started the following:

Squat
Deadlift
Bench
Row

Anything like the aforementioned will be the best advice you'll ever receive. Good luck and happy lifting.
