Sport Help! I wanna get FAT! LOL

Sport Fitness
Ok i'm about 130Lb, i am 5'9" and 17 years old. I want to gain at least 10lb if not more. What is the quickest way to gain weight withought using pills and that type of crap. What food gets you fat quickly (keeping in mind that i have an extremely fast motabloism and i am eating quite a bit). The problem of my light weight might be that i dont eat too much in the morning and i dont drink milk on a daily basis or take vitamin pills. :(

Why the hell do you want to get FAT? Get MUSCLE.

Lol. Anyway's, if you TRULY want to get just...FAT, than I have MANY suggestions. Heehe, if only I could eat eveyrthing I wanted and not gain a pound -_-

Alright, butter, and any creams contain plenty of fat per table spoon. Eat a WHOLE lot. Eat PLENTY of candy. Icecream, COOKIES are a MUST, LOTS of cookies. Eat like 20 cookies daily. 3 contain about 9g of fat, and 200calories (cips ahoy!) So, 20 x 9 = 180g of fat, 20 x 200 cal = 4,000 g of calories.

Just eat whatever you feel is UBER not good if your planning to LOSE 10 pounds. ;) Good luck my friend. This is one journey that will make you the happiest man in the world... -_-

i really would not recommend doing that. Sure you'll gain weight, but you may just get a heart attack along with your weight. why not eat a whole bunch of healthy foods? that's what i do, and i'm like you, about 130 pounds, 5'11, 20 years old, and i can eat anything i want and not gain a pound.

If you use fitday.com and record your calories, it's pretty easy to gain weight. i remember before i started using it, i ate so much junk, didn't gain a pound. now, i use it and eat healthy foods, and lots of em, and i've gained about 10 pounds in the past few months. Milk has helped me a LOT. if you really just want to get fat, read the story about the fat guy who died ina fire in the member's lounge. hopefully you won't want to after that.

You don't have to eat crap to gain fat, just overeat. Make sure you go over your caloric intake for the day and you WILL store excess calories for fat.

This is just me. I've always been overweight, I've struggled with my weight all my life. I'm stuck at 235 (still trying to get settled into my new place before I start losing again, but I'm staying steady), and for people GAINING fat boggles my mind.

This statement says it all for a lot of people (myself included). I was so skinny all the way through high school and early into college... Then suddenly (unknown to me) I began to gain weight... and FAST. Once your metabolism starts slowing down and you're already setup for really bad eating habits you'll be AMAZED at how much weight you can gain. When you finally do realize how far you've let yourself go it will hit you like a ton of bricks, and you WON'T like it.

Do yourself a favor, don't be an idiot and look to gain fat and eat garbage all the time. I know no one ever believes this when they hear it, but it WILL catch up with you... someday. Do yourself a favor and put on some muscle. Eat healthy (not all the time!) and start a program of regular exercise. You'll feel a hell of a lot better about yourself (and people around you will be happier looking at you) if you gain some muscle weight instead of just packing on fat (and muscle weighs more than fat, so you've got that going for you too). I won't even bother getting into the health reasons for making intelligent choices now, as they should be quite obvious.

Be smart now, you'll thank yourself later.

Same....

Personally, I think you should do what the rest of us did and just keep eating the way you are and give it time, one day you'll have trouble bending over to put your shoes on and that day you will know: I am fat.

But anyhoo, if you seriously wanna put some weight on, I suggest peanut butter and ice cream. My GF was on this diet after being in a medical coma for a few months to gain back all the weight she had lost. But, as others have said, better to put on mass then fat. Eat lots of fiber and protein and work out.

Not to be malicious, but I take comfort in knowing you are just as I was and one day, if you continue as I did, eating what you want all day long, you will look like me and have a journal here yourself talking about how you need to lose 40 pounds. lol.

J/K man.

Take it as a blessing and keep an eye on it. enjoy it while you can cause one day you'll be the guy on the treadmill next to me. :beerchug: Cheers brother!
