Help...I need weight loss tips!?

I am 25 an considerably overweight. I just found out that I am not very healthy and want to make changes to loose the weight naturally before considering any type of surgery. Please help!!!!

Hello,

What is the reasoning behind this, may I ask? I have heard it many times before but knever new the exact reasoning. Although I actually thought it was for digestion, and wasn't necessarily related to weight-loss ...?

Thing is, although I eat lunch at a normal time (1ish) I love to eat in the evening around 8. I'm just not hungry before and feel a little deflated when supper is over so early. I go to bed at 11 usually.

Would love to hear the science behind the rule, and then I suppose should try and ween myself off the late evening eating! ...

You might want to consult your doctor first since he or she knows your body condition best.

Then act upon his or her advice.

Sure I can tell you what to eat and what not to eat or exercise regularly or drink plenty of water like everyone else.

But that is not how it works. Even though it does for others, it might not do for you and me since we all have different conditions.

 
Replace your daily softdrinks with drink tea. Plan your meals ahead of time. Drink skim milk instead of juice to lose weight faster. Lean protein is more satisfying than carbs or fats so eat food that contain it. Eat nuts, they can help you stay full.

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improves your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water makes me fat". Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
• Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squeezed!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.
• Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.

Exercise for losing weight...

• If you want quicker results - exercise would be good.

• Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
• Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved with, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.

I total agree with you. These all tips help a lot to anyone for reducing weight.
 
It will help your weight loss process to reduce sugar intake. Things we eat regularly like sodas, jams, sauces, candies are best reduced or eliminated. When shopping for groceries, look at the labels carefully for ''hidden'' sugars such as dextrose, sucrose and high fructose corn syrup(HFCS).

i found this tips very easy to follow and much more effective instead of having so expensive supplements and hectic exercise schedule. check it out

Do a colon cleanse. Drink a lot of water (64oz) a day.
A diet high in antioxidant foods can increase your metabolism.
