Help! I Need To Start Shedding For My Wedding & I Only Have Less Than 7 Months Left!

I currently weigh 240 pounds & would like to get down to 190 pounds but I only have 7 months to do so. I am going to eat right but I need to exercise as well. Here are my top 4 exercise ideas I have to choose from:

Do cardio, pushups, & situps everyday.
Complete the P90X program 2x in a row.
Complete the INSANITY program 3x in a row.
Complete the FOCUS T25 program 3x in a row.

Feel free to suggest something else. The clock is ticking . . .
 
Don't do too much at once. Start small and add on. You don't want to get overwhelmed or hurt and then stop all together. Your eating will be really important. Make sure you get the right amount of calories. Don't go to low, especially with all the added exercise. Seven months is a good amount of time. You can do it!
 
I did the 24 day challenge and I lost 20 pounds and gained tons of energy which helped me get more active and taught me how to eat right and so I continued to lose another 10 and plan on losing another 20 just because I've learned what to do! Let me know if you want to know more. Its amazing, I'm a corporate executive who just worked a lot and this worked brilliantly.
 
Honestly, if you diet correctly, you dont even need to exercise. Your primary method to lose weight should be eating less. Find your maintenance calories, and then eat 500 calories below that. If you do this correctly, you can lose 1-3 pounds a week. Exercise alone wont help to lose weight. It all starts with the diet.
