Help.. i cant loose wieght :(

I really want to loose wieght before its too late i am terrified of what will happen if i dont i can walk a few miles a day does not bother me but i dont for 1 reason food i have no idea what foods to get?


I need to find food that i can eat each day of the week but its impossible :(

Can someone show me a 7 day food diet <that is easy to make> beacuse i am not a cook

also how much of that stuff im meant to buy

There are many ways to lose weight but it takes dedication :)
I am so happy that you have taken the first step to try to lose weight by reaching out for help, that in of it's self is an awesome start!
Everybody is different...so I will start with what I do.
I try to workout every morning (that doesn't always happen) I bought a challenge pack workout kit, it comes with a 30 minute workout plus a health eating diet plan that is all natural! I also drink shakeology every morning, it is a meal replacement and helps you lose weight without filling your body with junk! I am also apart of a facebook group where we help eachother every day to eat healthy and keep working out :)

as far as eating healthy, I know for a fact that sugar is what makes me put on weight, so try to stay away from that.

There are a lot of good healthy diet's etc...that are in our group!

But I don't wan't to push anything on you, but if you are interested then I will do my best to help out to the best of my abilities!
 
Skipping breakfast is the BIGGEST mistake you will make. Eat breakfast in the morning and you will not feel the need to eat a huge meal later on during the day, because you won't be as hungry. Have a low-calorie meal for breakfast.

Staying hydrated is also really important, which helps fight of diseases, and illnesses like cancer, diabetes flu's. A simple LIFESTYLE change is ALWAYS overlooked by doctors, they can't make big money from telling people to eat less and exercise more.
 
I lost about 120 pounds when I was at my lightest, I know quite a lot about weight loss and personally I really think you should listen to these guys when it comes to your diet and what you eat.
One of the most important factors in this is your mindset, you absolutely have to believe you are going to do it, set a big goal however set smaller sub goals to achieve on the way and make sure you celebrate them as if they were your big goals because in the end all the small victories you achieve will end up in a complete body and mind transformation, you just have to be patient and persistent.

No matter what, just don't skip breakfast. It should be consumed without fail. People who eat heavy breakfast in the morning stay energetic all day long.
 
There are many nutritional programs out there that are great. That is my biggest problem is eating the proper meals. I would skip breakfast and then not plan for lunch and end up eating junk. I have been using isagenix now for a month and I am feeling fantastic. It is such a relief just knowing I have a shake for breakfast and then a snack and then a shake for lunch then a snack and then a nice diner and I am not stressing over what it is I am going to eat. I am loving it. The real cool thing is how I am feeling their products are amazing. I have more energy and a noticeable overall sense of health. To me that has been the most important part the weight loss has truly become secondary ( I have lost 15 pounds in my first month) I am just loving it. The above posters are so correct you cannot skip meals they are so important to your overall health. I have about 190 more pounds to go but and I can honestly say I will do isagenix the rest of my life because I am just shocked at how I feel. It is weird isn't it when your body gets the proper nutrition you need it is astonishing how good you feel and then everything else falls into place weight loss better health.
