Hi. I am an 18 year old girl standing at 5 feet and cannot . I weigh 174 pounds. I have played soccer my entire life. I was captain of my travel team and for my high school varsity team. I've run cross country and track. I have played basketball. What I'm trying to say is exercising isn't the problem for me. Now that I'm in college and don't play as many sports, I go to the gym almost every day (not Sunday) for and hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. I haven't drank soda since 8th grade. I drink water with the occasional citrus green tea. If I eat grains, they all wheat. I eat fruit, meat, and veggies. My snack is almonds and peanut butter. Of course sometimes I slip up and have a slice of pizza or a cookie but not nearly as much as I have before I started a healthier living. Despite all this I have lost only 5 pounds since I came to college which was a little over 3 months ago. I honestly don't know what else I could do. I could really use some advice.
