Im doing pilates for some time but I cant understand what im doing wrong or which muscles I dont have at all or they are not trained enough. I cant shift the leg straight up in 90` angle, it becomes even worse when I have to thighten both my legs and keep them up straight. I start to shake after 1 second and the legs on their own become bent. Even with bent legs I cant perform this exercise.
