alright i'll make it simple i am 6'0 166 pounds i eat a well calorie diet usually around 1500 a day and i run 3 miles 5 times a week and i dont have a lot of fat to lose....but i wanna get the defined 6 pac...and today on the beach i noticed 99 percent of the guys dont have one so it cant be that easy to get but i have been doin this for approxiamtely 4 weeks and maybe lost a good 3-4 pounds...i hear its harder to lose fat when u dont have a lot of it which i dont becuase i have good defined arms back shoulders and legs and decent chest...so how long do u think i have to wait until the abs appear a little better...thanks
