Sport Help getting my EFAs...

Im on my cutting diet, so I've been very careful with my eating, calories, fats, etc. Im having a rough time getting my EFAs without pills... THis wasnt too much a problem as I could easily get them from nuts while bulking, i also added a couple hundred cals to my calorie intake with the serving of peanuts. But, now that Im cutting, cant afford to eat many peanuts, so I was wondering, maybe a protein bar recipe? Adding some avocado or something, I dont know, need some ideas... Thanks in advance guys!
 
eat a lot of fish.
 
I know you said without pills, but popping 2-4 CLA capsules a day is definitely an easy way to get them in. It was one of the supplements that our doctor actually said she was "proud" of us for taking when we got our physicals.

Otherwise, fish and eggs. Get some ground flax seed and add it to eggs (or just about anything really -- yogurt, meal-replacement shakes, etc). Snack on sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
