I recently joined the Civil Air Patrol, it's really great, but I need to get in shape for it. When we do PT (Physical Training) we have to run 1 mile, do sit ups, push ups, and the sit and reach. I started running awhile ago, but I got bored really quickly. It's too hot to really go outside and train, so I'm trying to do this from my house. I don't have access to a gym or park or anything (I live in the country, so there isn't much)
