Sport Help counting calories

Sport Fitness
How many calories would you say were in the meal I ate for dinner, I'm attempting to count calories but some of the meals in the cafeteria at my college make it hard.

A medium bowl of this pasta stuff:
Flat Noodles
Grey sauce
Few Peas
Few Carrots
Some Chicken Chunks

And

This sandwich:
Wheat Bread
2 slices Turkey
2 slices Ham
2 slices roast beef
2 slices cheese
1 peice of lettuce

If you don't feel like figuring out the sandwich that's fine because I can do that, but the noodles are kind of throwing me for a loop.

Basically I'm keeping a calorie journal for this week because it's my first week and I want to see how I progress calorie wise.

Thanks ahead of time.

can be used to look up nutritional information.

The sandwich components will likely be easier to look up, especially since the "grey sauce" in the pasta is a complete mystery (though if it seems to be cream based, it likely has very high calories).

When making the sandwich, try putting more vegetables in it (tomato, red onion, darker lettuce, chiles or pepperocini) for taste and nutritional purposes. Try to get whole wheat bread.

Like 7 grain wheat or is there a difference?

I think I'll be alright, I calculated it on Fitday and estimated the calories and ended up at around 1900 on both, although I seemed to be 30/25/45 Protein/carbs/fat

I had scrambled eggs for breakfast, two gatorades, two chicken breasts for lunch sans skin, and then the dinner I just posted.

I suppose I could get rid of the eggs for breakfast but I'm not too sure what else I could eat that would be healthy.

By the way I'm 6' 255.
