Hi, bit of help required please.
I am about to buy a protein but need assistance in which one i should go for.
I am currently trying to trim down as with me putting on muscle my overall weight is going up but this is no go good for my rugby as I need to keep what little speed I have so i am on the Slimming World Diet, yeah i know bit of a womens one but seems to work for me. However, i mainly eat Green Days which is Pasta / Rice / Quorn and Spuds but with me training every nite i need to start to take on more protein as i am about to increase the weight i am lifting for the next 10 weeks.
Few friends have said i need a low card protein or a diet protein but i really dont have a clue about them. Have spoke to a local shop who advised either PHD Instant Whey of the PHarma Whey.
Can anyone give me any advice here?
