It might be helpful knowing what it is you are eating and or drinking. It may help using a calorie calculator to tell you what your maintenance needs are for calories as well as target calories needed for weight loss. I use the following: I also visited with a health coach/nutritionist to learn more about what I should be eating more of and a lot less of.

Avoid sugar and veggies with a lot of starch. Eat whole grains instead of processed wheat. Eat more protein. watch your sodium intake. Drink lots of water to keep hydrated.

Find a fitness app for your phone to keep track of your calorie intake.

Your Simple Solution for Eating a Healthy Diet That Promotes Fat Loss (Permanently)
The Fat Burning Kitchen Program
I'm going to show you that eating for permanent fat loss and prevention of terrible diseases like diabetes, heart disease or cancer does NOT have to be complicated.
In fact, if you choose the RIGHT foods, and understand how these foods react with your body, this method is a way for you to automatically attain the right calorie level without the need to EVER count calories again.
That's why I've teamed up with expert nutrition researcher, Catherine Ebeling, and we've co-authored this new program for you:

Your 24-Hour Diet Transformation to Make Your Body a Fat-Burning Machine

keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. So the working out and if you were eating high protein foods could very well explain the increase on the scale. You should get a measuring tape like a seamstress would use and take you're measurements. You can easily gain weight but lose inches. Ive only lost 3lbs but Ive lost 2.5 inches from my waist in 10 days. I can already tell a difference when I look down at my tummy.

This is your 'weight loss' diet: No sugary foods, fast food, basically you eat about 900-1100 calories and exercise everyday for an hour maximum on a stair master and you should see results in a month. That's what I did and lost nearly 50 lbs. But I was lazy about it exercise so it took me much longer to lose weight. Eat mostly salad and chicken and some fruit just. Avoid white bread.

Make a list
1.stop eating delecious food
2.exercise like crazy
3.drink lots of water
hope these help :)
