Help: Best time of day to run?

I was wondering if anyone knew when the best time of day to run is? I am trying to burn as much body fat as possible by running on my treadmill.

Is there a certain time of the day when you are able to burn more body fat?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

NO.
there is not a certain time of day that is best to run.
in any time of day you will run you will burn the same amount of calories.

True, but I also heard that doing cardio in the morning has more benefits because it helps keep your metabolisim up for the rest of the day... And there were a few more "benefits' of running in the morning... I'll have to look in my notes...

Yes, I meant which time of the day would be more beneficial to you if you are running to lose weight and burn body fat.

If there are any more benefits to running in the morning, please let me know. Thanks!

I started running in the morning just because it is very cool and safe in the park, compared to running in the dark.

the reason why people say running in the morning is more beneficial is because at that time your glycogen levels are down and u have no carbohydrates to burn off ... so u burn fat right off the bat (didnt mean to rhyme) haha

but there are minor controversial issues with this ... some saying that your body could also turn to protein as an energy source, which your muscles need more. so they say you burn your muscle off too. morning runs do boost your metabolism for the day. but runs in general boost your metabolism, so having the same amount of running in the evening will boost your metabolism just as much (although it is a good thing to get it high in the morning)

But personally, i try both. Either way your going to burn fat ... and morning runs probably will burn some more .... but at the same time, they can be more of a burden to run sometimes.

a good thing to do if you do evening runs, is to keep your carb intake very minimum after your run.

just keep it fun
